Pricing Policy

All products offered for sale by David Charlesworth are priced in pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.

Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the Website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.

Availability All products and services are subject to availability. However, we try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

Payment We accept ONLINE payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

We accept payment:

By CREDIT or DEBIT CARD by phone – we accept all major debit and credit cards. Your card will not be debited until your goods are dispatched.
By CHEQUE – only accepted for posted orders and should be made payable to David Charlesworth.

Your Shopping Account

When using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused contact us immediately.

When registering your details ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct and that you advise us as soon as possible should this change or you wish your details removed.

David Charlesworth reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately.

Refund Policy

Faulty or Damaged Goods & Delivery Delays

In the event of any goods supplied being faulty or arriving in a damaged condition, or errors in processing orders, or delays in delivery, please email us, or telephone from 9am to 5pm. All complaints will be dealt with immediately and any actions taken will be fully explained by phone or email ASAP – on the same day if possible.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or a refund made (including the cost of any return postage), at our discretion. In the unlikely event of the wrong goods being supplied in error, we will refund the cost of returning them to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
